I first published my Travel Bucket List in the Spring of 2014 and since the post began trending last week I decided it was time revisit it. Re-reading this list I have done a lot in six years, and decided it was time to update this list below with certain spots now ticked off and others added, thus today’s post of my updated travel bucket list. I have traveled quite a bit and one tip for you and your readers. If you are thinking of the over water bungalows which lets face it, most of us would die to stay in one of those, do your homework first.
Lots of those places now have dead coral due to global warming, sunscreen etc… We went to Tahiti and did some scuba diving and snorkeling and what a disappointment, it was as if someone sprayed the bottom of the ocean with gray paint.
Bora Bora was the only island that had any good underwater fish or coral.

Can’t wait to go to Egypt after reading your blog and also a safari, I might save that one for my honeymoon.
I adore anywhere in Italy, the food, the people are to die for.
Friends just got back from Vietnam and loved it but not sure if it is for me. I think some people just go as it is really inexpensive and to try a lot of new food??

I would revisit Iceland and go to the northern and eastern sides. South and west were amazing. Russia, the hermitage, the royal palaces, “Lenin’s tomb etc. You listed Turkey, have you seen Haiga Sofia and the other sites of Istanbul or the ancient city of Troy? Anything else on my bucket list is either on your seen list or to see list. Have fun traveling.

I want to rent a Villa in Tuscany, drink great wine, eat great food, bike a lot an get to know the locals.
I want to climb the Inka Trail.
I want to go to Alaska and go dog sledding.
I want to really just go anywhere right now.

I really want to go to China, stand on the Great Wall and absorb some of their culture. With all the scary stuff going on right now though, it will have to wait.
Going through your list to try to find a good plan B when things reopen.

When you go to Argentina, in my opinion Buenos Aries is very over ratted, you have to get yourself to the Iguazu Falls in Argentina. You must also visit them from the Brazil side as well. Take a look at this website for some photos. A sight not to be missed and much better in my opinion than Niagra or Victoria Falls.
