When I was growing up when someone said “the city” that was New York City, by default. It was the closest large city, it was where my Dad worked, and it was one of the best palaces on Earth (spoiler alert: it still is). Now after a year and a half of living in England when someone says “the Palace” I default think Buckingham Palace but in this case, that is not the palace I am referring to in today’s post.
Earlier this year when Mark and I went to Copenhagen for the rose festival I also made sure we had time to check out a few of my favorite places in the city and that included the Rosenborg Palace. You may recall I did a full tour of it here and you have seen this navy shift dress before but now it is styled in a new way with some of my favorite accessories! And excuse all of the skinny arm poses but with bell sleeves I just can not seem to help myself!

I never look as stylish and you do although I am trying to be better.
I always put comfort first especially if I am going to be walking around a lot. I have been trying to get some flattish shoes that I can realistically wall 5 miles in. Do you or any of your readers have any suggestions?

Aimee. For me warm weather tourist style for me would be a loose it short casual dress with sneakers. I would bring a pair of killer heels for picture purposes. For cooler weather, jeans sneakers and denim jacket. Hope this helps.
