Now that I have been back in New York City for ten days my Florida tan has definitely started to fade but I am holding on to the warm memories for as long as I can. When I touched down in Naples a few days before Christmas my mom and I drove straight to my favorite outfit mall so I could pick up a few new bikinis. While in the dressing room of Everything But Water there was a sales rack and I noticed a beautiful pink palm print – I pulled out the hanger thinking it would be a beach cover up and was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with beautiful, billowy pants from none other than Vince Camuto.
They only had the pants in one size and with an 90% mark down it was just meat to be! As they were too long for flats I paired them with sky high (read, five inch) wedges for dinner one night complemented by a black tank, chain shoulder body, bag and gold jewelry. Next time around I will find a pair of shoes where the pants just skim the ground but for their first evening out – I was quite happy with the look.
