Rose gold …. everything. Rose gold has favorite trends for the past two years has been rose gold and I was reminded yesterday that my first rose gold purchase was in February 2014, eek, time files! One of my most used apps is Timehop – every day I get an alert with pictures and social media posts from this day, years in the past. Some moments I love to remember and others, mainly the Facebook alerts from 10+ years ago, make me cringe and wonder why I ever thought it was a good idea to post photos like that. Now that Sparkles and Shoes has been around for so long I use the search bar on the side of the blog almost like Timehop because to be honest with more than 1,280 posts I can no longer recall everything I have ever posted about – four and a half years is a long time! So when I started this post today about rose gold watches I had a look about about past rose gold posts.
I have loved the color for years and have posted about it quite a few times including an August 2014 post called Currently Coveting: Rose Gold, then the Kate Spade New York Gramercy Grand Watch in Rose Gold made it on last year’s birthday wishlist and it also made its way my ideal wedding centerpieces among many others. Today I back with more pretty rose gold – something I am sure we will see a ton of at Fashion Week – both on the runways and on the attendees – with rose gold watches.
