It is Friday and while that means shoes here at S & S it is a special Friday, the one right before the holidays.  Because of this I am not only going to share a pair of shoes from my closet I am also going to explain to you why I love the brand so much. I am obsessed with the brand Söfft because they actually make comfterable heels, and I mean so comfortable that after hours of dancing your feet still feel great.  Over the next week I have quite a few holiday parties to go to in Florida and in my option my Söfft  heels are the perfect open-toe evening shoe.

These are my favorite pair of Söfft shoes and as you can tell, they are well loved. 

After buying my first pair at Nordstrom Rack I fell in love with them.  I usually try to never buy things full price unless I am in love with the brand, like Jack Rogers (here), but after my first pair of shoes from this European company has become one of those brnads!   I had never heard of Söfft before but knew there had to be something to them as they were unusually comfortable.  My research just confirmed that fact – the brand says that they are pioneering a new category of footwear – Fashion Comfort.  (Read: women of the world, rejoice).   The footbed reminds me a new pair of sneakers mixed with the comfy squishiness of a Doctor School’s insert.    This diagram they have describes it better than I ever could:

I have two pairs of these amazing shoes, both black caged heels, and on my Christmas list is definitely another pair to save my feet on nights out.  Another added bonus is the grip-y bottoms of the shoes –  no sliding around in these babies!  I would feature my favorite open-toe versions but I will just have to save that for the spring as in most of the world it is much too chilly, so these are my favorite Söfft flats and heels for this season:

    oh my gosh YES!!!! i got THE cutest pair of sofft espadrille-type wedgey-cagey suede shoes right as summer was ending and i fell in love with them so majorly and then summer was over and i really wanted to keep on wearing them straight through till snow season, even with the rope bottom, but my more fashion savvy friends set me straight, so the good news is, they are almost like new, packed up and ready for me to bust out as soon as the sun shines again and i cannot wait!
