Feathers have been everywhere in the past few years – from those tween feather extensions to peacock earring feathers that have become a mainstream norm. I really love my feather print dress and I as I am heading to Florida this evening for 10 days I was really excited to pack this great dress for the warm weather!  

For this trend, if you do not want to do an all over feather print, separates are definitely the way to go.  The most simply way is with a cute shirt, from a breeze blouse to a casual-t, just pair it with solid, but no means neutral, bottoms and you are good to go.   If you want to go feathers on the bottom, I’m all for it but be careful of fit and tailoring – true of any bold pattern on the bottom half.
