Not the best of what the city has to offer – because there were certainly highlights not included below – but this is the best of my four days in the Windy City. However, it is only the people shots. I have gorgeous photos from our bike tour along the lakefront Trial as well as our architectural boat tour – which you can see on Instagram here and here – but those are not for today.
As you may recall I have been to Chicago before but my two previous trips were in Winter 2013 where I barely saw anything as I was curled up hiding from the wind and freezing tempeartures. Thankfully this timw e had near perfect weather. But enough about that, today’s post is not about the city but instead features pictures with my friends and family, with brief captions underneath, and then at the bottom all of the things that I packed and wore on this charming Chicago trip:

Welcome back home to the USA. Glad to see you had a great time in Chicago. Navy pier and the Sears Tower is a must. Boyfriend wants to go to Chicago next March if there is a St Patrick’s Day parade. He want to see the Chicago River Dyed Green. Love the picture of you at the top of the Sears Tower.
