Girl Meets Gold & Other Stories O-Ring Belt Bag
After doing a few long walks around London the past two weeks I am getting even more excited for our warm weather. This past Sunday past weekend we switched the clocks for daylight savings – two weeks behind America – and now even on grey days, the amount of light makes such a difference. I am going on a bit of an adventure today so make sure to stay tuned on Instagram. but in the meantime, let’s talk about Spring in general.
While I still may not be able to leave this little island we call England until at least mid Summer one bonus of our long London walks compared to last spring things will be starting to open up. I actually have a whole post on this coming tomorrow so stay tuned but until then, I wanted to share a bit more about one of the season’s best trends – a chic belt bag. This is a take on last month’s feature of the Lululemon Everywhere bag (I actually bought one in blue) because the ladies in this post are rocking options that take it up a level. Take a look:
Karina Style Diaries wearing Senreve The Aria Bag
Viva Luxury with Bottega Veneta The Mini Pouch Belt Bag
Evereve THINK ROYLN The Original Black Camo Bag
Tanika Green of Alwayz Fashionably Late with a MANGO Snakeskin Bag
Alexis Foreman Style Mos Cos Belt Bag
And to answer a question my friend asked when she saw Lulu one – well isn’t that a fanny pack (or in England, a bum bag)? To be honest it essentially is but get the Disneyland nylon picture and think of them also being worn as a cross body.
Would you wear a belt bag?

This look is my personal favorite, the Girl Meets Gold & Other Stories O-Ring Belt Bag look.
I really don’t like the across the body look and to me it looks a bit uncomfortable and creates a choppy look for the outfit. My eye is drawn to it immediately and to me, takes away from the whole outfit.

Your Lululemon one is much more practical then some of these leather ones!
Especially true if I am using it on a hike or a long walk or a bike ride. The leather one I would only use while traveling I think.
Good selection Kelly, thanks.

What an interesting take on a backpack though I don’t think it will hold enough.
What do you think color.
Cindy says
I will have to give this a try. Initially not a fan but can see how if I am traveling or taking a walk with a friend and want to keep my hands free this could be a really good option to keep my personals close.
You feature so many cute ones too.

I have not seen this trend yet but I think it is cute!
