I spent part of Saturday afternoon in Sephora creating my skull makeup look and holy heck are there a ton of gorgeous eyeshadows on display in that store. That got me thinking and I figured now is the perfect time to following up from my first Fall beauty post on vampy lips with the second edition – jewel tone eyeshadow. The most perfect example I can think of is Ruby Rose in the latest Urban Decay campaign and while I never made it through enough Orange is the New Black to get to the season where she was a guest star it is undeniable she is quite stunning. I do not know quite what color she is wearing in the photo below it looks a lot like Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Loaded. Isn’t she striking?

I mean seriously, how pretty is she? I follow the Litchfield inmate on Instagram and this Australian model is definitely one to follow. But back to the makeup, take a look at jewel tone eyeshadow options from eight different brands:

1 | MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Shadow Eyeshadow and Powder Blush in Mauve
2 | The Estée Edit Metallishadow Crème Powder Eye in Cyberella
3 | Kat Von D Metal Crush Eyeshadow in Paranoid
4 | Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Scorpio
5 | Anastasia Beverly Hills Eye Shadow Singles in Pink Champagne
6 | Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadow in Watermelon Falls
7 | TOM FORD Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze
8 | NARS Single Shadow in Outremer
Another great option that includes many gorgeous shades is the Kat Von DMetalMatte Eyeshadow Palette which I had a chance to try out over the weekend – in particular the Glitz (metallic rose gold) and the Twinkle (metallic lilac) are stunning colors!

I got the Estee Edit shadow in a Vox Box and I was disappointed…until I tried it on and fell in LOVE. I would have never picked it out for myself because my skin tone is fair, but it pleasantly surprised me! It really makes my green eyes pop.
