Birchbox

Yesterday when I got home from work my September Birchbox was in my mailbox and I was SOO excited!  Birchbox is such a wonderful invention – beauty samples sent to your door every month for only $10.  Not only do you get high end samples but they are specifically selected for you as you fill out a beauty profile so the company knows what colors and items will work best with your complexion and skin type.  I just got my fifth box and while some of the brands I have heard of, some are what the company calls, “emerging gems.”  The women’s subscription includes everything from skincare to makeup, as well as fun non-beauty extras (I have received headphones and a razor). 

When you get your wonderful monthly box you can learn how to use the products you received at Birchbox’s online facet called The Guide.   Then when you realize you REALLY like a product, usually once a month for me, you can purchase the full size version straight from the website. My favorite!
