Greek Yogurt is delicious. I love how it is different than regular yogurt —tangier and less sweet, as well as creamier—nom, nom. Besides tasting better it has more protein which makes you feel full with only half of the carbs. When choosing Greek Yogurt I always go for the 0% fat, which is usually very clearly indicated, because if you are going to be healthy why would you eat the 2%? In my opinion it just provides unwanted calories that do nothing to increase the taste.
Fage 0% plain is usually my first choice and with two Splenda becomes the perfect blend of sweet and bitter. If I want to switch it up I will put a bit of honey in or fresh berries to give it a different taste. When I am on the go and just want something I can grab and eat without altering I go for Chobani 0% in peach, strawberry, or raspberry because all I have to do is stir and enjoy. Yummy!
