Welcome to the first Fashion Friday it what feels like eons! Taking and posting photos of myself has not been something I have been overly excited about in recent months but once in a blue moon, I get the urge. While in the Canary Islands last month I wore this black and white look to dinner. The days were incredibly warm but the nights It tended to cool off quickly so long trousers with a sleeveless top were the perfect pairing for dinner.
Nothing I am wearing in this look has been purchased in the last two years which will make them hard to link but also make this a real outfit. Mark snapped these photos in the Fuerteventura capital of Puerto del Rosario after we had dinner at El Bounty del Muelle. The sun was just beginning to set and the harbor seemed like too pretty of a backdrop to pass up!

These silk polka dots also made me realize I might have a bit of an obsession with polka dots – take a look at some of the spotted looks that have been shared on Sparkles and Shoes over the years.
What do you think of the silk polka dots?

You are too cute in all of those polka dots.
This post made me go through my closet and I realized that I only have one thing that has a polka dot pattern and now I am going to make an effort to add a few more to my wardrobe. They really are very versital and I don’t know why I have not bought more of them.
Good tips and you look wonderful in all of them but that pant suits is my favorite by far. You own that outfit girl.

I like you in polka dots and love the black pants with the white top outfit and the one with the white pants and the killer boots.
In your featured outfit on the blog the pop of pink really adds some much needed color and in my opinion is just the right accessory.
Didn’t really realize you had so many polka dots but brought back memories of your prior blog posts. You do look good in them.

Very lovely girly polka dot top paired with those stylish leggings and killer high heel sandals. I have those same heels and I am planning on wearing them to my boyfriends birthday party tonight with a little white dress. I can tell you have a thing for polka dots. All of them below are very lovely outfits. For me I have an addiction to high heels and dresses. I like polka dots too. I took on my girlfriend high heel challenge and did the walk in 10 inch high heels with a 6 inch platform for her birthday bikini pool party and everyone was impressed. I was the only one who could walk in them for any length of time. After 20 minutes I had enough and it was back to normal heels. Now those 10 inch heels are mine and they will be put to good use for boyfriend.
