One of the oddest things I have realized since moving here is that Summer here is not hot. While it is 82 degrees in NYC it is only 62 degrees here in London but that does not mean I am not still loving living in England but that means my Summer wardrobe is just getting a spin at a bit cooler temperatures. Another thing I have been doing is walking a ton more so it has led to something I had said I would never do – a dress with sneakers.

Such an 1980’s look. Dress and sneakers. Reminds me of my mom’s look back in the day. I am a high heel girl especially in warmer weather. This morning boyfriend wanted to walk 1.5 miles to the ferry so I had a pink flower dress and sneakers. Of course my stylish heels were in the bag for later. Boyfriend got sick of the train so I don’t blame him. I love your dress and sneaker look.

People do their doors so beautifully in London you must have fun walking to work everyday looking at all the color choices people have. The decorative railings are a plus.

I do it all the time. I love to walk and between the cracks in the sidewalks and hurting my feet and ruining my shoes I started wearing more sneakers when I walk. Of course I always bring a great pair of heels for when I get to the office. like those black ones though makes for a great pairing.
