Happy Friday! Before the little ones arrive at the end of Summer Mark and I have quite a few adventures planned. Tonight we are flying up to Edinburgh and then spending the weekend visiting castles in Northeast England and Southern Scotland. I am quite excited to see some of these historic spots but I was certainly challenged with packing.
I am at an awkward stage of pregnancy where I don’t visibly look pregnant, just like I gained weight all over which means most of my clothes do not fit (or the tightness is uncomfortable) but I am not yet the right size / shape for maternity clothes. To make myself feel better I have packed away three boxes of far too small clothes and sadly, this dress was in one of the boxes.
I took these photos of this maroon smock dress a few months ago and it was a great find from Target. I am sad to say though even though it is this season, it is sold out in every size. SO you are not disappointed when you click the link, have found a similar one!

I really do like the style of this dress and after sharing these photos I am going to look for a bump friendly alternative in my next maternity order! And the sunnies should come as no surprise, I first shared them nearly two years ago in my post called My Best Quarantine Purchases, Part One and they have certainly been a wardrobe staple ever since.

Lovely dress, I can’t find this at all on the Target website. This would be a go to spring dress for me. I would pair it with black stockings like you did or cute heels which you probably can’t wear much for a while. Sneakers too would work. 80’s style. I just found out that my younger sister is pregnant and dumb boyfriend who the family and I don’t like broke up with her.
