Today the majority of people I know are sitting down to big dinners with family across the United States and today, I am not among them. There are many pros about living aboard but missing holidays, especially those in your home country that are not recognized abroad, is a definite con. I’ve already spoken with my mom today on the phone and am looking forward to a family video call later but even though we are not together I am insanely grateful.
I feel tremendously blessed to have such a loving family that I am close with. Not only does my family chat ping on WhatsApp at least a few times daily, my entire extended family – both sides – were all in attendance at our wedding. Every single person – and there is not one aunt, uncle, or cousin that the family does get along with. I thought that this was normal growing up but now I know this is something quite uncommon and I feel insanely grateful for my family. I would share a photo of the entire group but we do not have the professional photos back from the wedding so I will share this one of just my husband ** eek ** and my immediate family which we will be using for this years Christmas card:
I am also insanely grateful for my amazing friends, some of whom I would even consider family. They mean the world to me and over the past two years I have seen just how much love can conquer. This will be the last post of the week as I have already shared nearly 20 gift guides for those looking to shop the next few days and I will be back on Monday with my top Cyber Monday deals and the items that I have purchased. And if you can not wait until then, stay tuned to my social media; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest where i will be sharing deals and more.
What are you insanely grateful for?

You name it, I am grateful. Too much complaining and comparing in the world.
I don’t have cancer or COVID so life is great. More people need to start thinking like this.

Family, family, family 🥰

I am also grateful for my family not everyone is so lucky.
I am grateful for being an American woman with rights, a good job, a wonderful place to live, plenty of food and the freedom to make choices and mistakes.
The list could go on and on. It is so important to be grateful for every good thing in ones life.

What a fabulous wedding photo, you must be so happy. As a photographer I really notice all the perfect details in this one so you should be grateful too for such a beautiful family and the perfect photo to memorialize your big day.
