My Fourth of July was spent with my parents in Cape Cod and it was an amazing day. In the morning we went to over to the next town to watch the annual parade. I loved all of the old cars and many of them were similar to the ones I wrote about back in April, here. Watching the parade in-between my grandma and children running out to collect the candy made it great! A quick stop to the beach was in order and then a swim but not nearly as long as I would have liked. However, perhaps my favorite part of the day was our time watching the golf cart parade under the tents down the street at the golf club. Take a look to see how some people decorated their cart! The only real bummer was how overcast it was for the fireworks (see the last photo) but they were still great!

I LOVE Cape Cod. This will be the first year my family isn’t staying in Wellfleet in August and we are so sad. My brother-in-law is getting married and all of his events interfere with the weekends we would’ve been away.
