It is that time of year when day after day the thermometer reads below freezing and warm dinners are a must. And despite lockdown workdays are busy for both Mark and I. After a day of calls if we then both workout in the evening that means dinner gets started quite late. One fix? Starting dinner in the mid afternoon thanks to slow cooker recipes!
