Today is my half birthday and as a kid that meant going out for ice cream but given the current state of affairs – that might just mean Halo Top at home, if we can find it at the store. More importantly though that means that in six months it will be my actually birthday and it is going to be a big one! Currently we have a trip planned to South East Asia for two weeks (itinerary pending though thinking Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia), and I am hoping the state of the world should calm down and be able to make that a reality.
But now, on to this dress. I picked up this eyelet A-Line dress last month when I was in Florida and it is my first piece from Rachel Parcell. As the temperature starts to warm up this airy cotton eyelet is going to be perfect for late Spring or Summer and I love the flattering cut that it is an A-line dress and the flutter sleeves give it an extra feminine flair. I styled this pink dress with gold jewelery and a nude bag I got the last time I was in South East Asia and a pair of staple nude wedges. Take a look at how I styled this Rachel Parcell pink dress:

Putting this post together has made me realized that I love this bag I picked up in Bali and need to wear it more but also that I do have a few travel posts left from Indonesia so I might post one of those next week. I love this pink dress on you and wedge sandals. Boyfriend loves when I wear pink. I am wishing that I was back in Florida right now. I was in South Beach with boyfriend the week before everything shut down. I need an event to dress up.
