When I was on my 21 hour journey home from Asia on Monday I was mentally planning all of the cute looks I was going to wear to the offices – summer dresses with cork wedges to celebrate the fact May is finally here. Well, you can imagine it was a bit of a buzz kill when I looked at the weather on my first day back and saw it was only 7 degrees – or 44 degrees Fahrenheit. Forget about Summer dresses – that is more what level of Winter coat do I need to grab!
So while Spring weather actually works it’s way to London, here is a typical May outfit I have been sporting here in England! And even though I have been all of the world lately most of the next few weeks I will spend away – coming back to London in time for the late May bank holiday weekend, which coincides for America’s Memorial Day Weekend – and fingers crossed the weather warms up by then!
And now one thing I am quite curious about – for the deluge of travel posts coming your way – would you like to see them in chronological order . (England, Qatar, Bali, and then Singapore) or would you like me to mix up the order and keep it fun and exciting? you tell me!

All your travel posts are fantastic. How ever you want to send them I will eagerly await reading them and living through your various travels.

I know that you are in London but where? It is so interesting to see three such different types of stone and architecture right next to each other and then throw in the cute little blue door. Certainly not in the states!
Cute casual look and you look very happy too.

It is so hot here in Florida…90 degrees and 78% humidity that cooler weather sounds great. Love the photos and especially that sleeve with a little bit of a bell at the end.
Jacket is cool too.
Don’t care about the order of your travel posts. Just sent the Bali one to Katie as a honeymoon suggestion.

@Pamela. I would take 90F with 78% humidity any time over 45F and crappy all day rain in NYC. I rather deal with cold/snow over gloomy rain.

Today’s weather in NYC is rain and 10c. Tomorrow 9c. NYC spring so far has been mostly wet and cold with a few days here and there that are dry and warm. I been stuck mostly in winter clothes yuck but on the warmer days cute dresses and stylish heels or wedge sandals. Wednesday is dry here. Hopefully I can wear something cute. Can’t wait for you to expand on your recent aventures in air in Bali and Singapore. At least you came back safe from these places. Thank God you skipped sir Lanka.
