As someone who startles easily April 1st is not my favorite day so instead of any tricks or gimmicks I am going to share with you one of the best trends for Spring and you can head elsewhere after this for the frights! As you may have seen in Friday’s post I have decided to push tights to the side for the season but that does not mean every day is suitable for bare legs, so today I bring you a deep dive into the best ripped distressed jeans for Spring!
Now let’s be clear, I am not talking about rips the size of a slice of pizza or jeans so worn they look like they belong in the trash, I am speaking about artfully distressed denim styled with a glamorous top and shoes for the perfect mix of high and low! Take a look at some of my style inspiration for the Ripped Distressed Jeans trend:

Do I have you convinced yet? Well if so, here are a few pairs I have had my eye on from a variety of brands and a variety of price points and styles – from super skinny to 9-inch high waisted and everything in between in the world of ripped distressed jeans.

I am in love with all of your heels! They are perfect to dress up the ripped jeans, but still add so much flare.

I love a good pair of destroyed jeans! They can be so versatile, you can dress them up or down and they are still so adorable!

Wow, I am loving the distressed jeans in these pictures! I am a fan of the distressed black jeans and wearing black on black. These pics give me lots of inspiration to incorporate this trend into my look!

I am going to try to copy Jenny Yong of Neon Blush’s look this weekend. Casual chic is what I am going to try for.
I will let you know how it goes.
The Legging Ankle Jeans I just ordered. Love the tapered look and I hope that it is super flattering.

Thank you for clarifying the appropriate size of the ripped jean. I agree with you that I do not want to see pizza sized ones. Nor do I want to see pockets hanging out. I have tried on ones that there is such a big gap that I am afraid I am going to catch it on something and take a non lady like tumble.
Most of these are tastefully ripped and a perfect casual outfit look or dressier if paired with a great heel. Nice selection.

woo! Ripped jeans are my favorite!

I need to get another pair of these and you give so many way to style them. Sometimes I don’t get the dress them up a bit quite right and these suggestions really help. Thanks.
By the way did Arielle borrow your purse? Just kidding. Always love that pop of red.

Amy Jackson of Fashion Jackson really knows how to pull that look off. Fantastic.
Great variety of looks Kelly.
Thanks.
TAMMY says
Sorry but I can’t get on board with the ripped jeans look. Not for me.
