One of my favourite trends right now is feathers – it has been a staple in my wardrobe, both as a pattern on clothes and literal feather accessories – for some years now so I was thrilled to see them on the runway for this season. You may recall earlier this year I featured a great black feather vest – seen here – and I think it is just such a fun statement fabric!
Fluffy bags and fluffy shoes took over the runway and you know when Saint Laurent opens the show with feathers it is going to be a big thing. So big in fact that I went to make one collage and found so many great items that I actually split it into two – one light and one dark for this birds of a feather trend.

I love the feather trend. It makes me feel like a star. My favorites here are the feather high heel sandals and the black feather bag. I only own one feather sandal and I think I need another. Perfect for a party. Honorable mention the white feather jeans. I would pair that with a nice top and a pair to t-strap sandals for a girls night out.
