Currently Trending: Duster Earrings

Welcome back friends, I hope you all had a great weekend!  Can you believe Thursday will be September and it is one week until Labor Day?  Eek, summer is quickly coming to an end! One of my friends pinged me at work two weeks ago and asked what the hottest jewelry trend for this fall would be and I actually had to stop and think. I am a few weeks into my new job and between that, workout classes, catching up with friends, and trying to fit everything in to the last few days of summer the September issues have been piling up on my coffee table and I have only cracked a peak once!  

This said It took me a few minutes to recall the shows this past February but then it came to me – duster earrings! What exactly are duster earrings?  Well the gorgeous Free People pair above are an example but think of them as long statement earrings that end somewhere between the jaw the collar bone.  Still can’t picture what I mean?  Take a look at these beauties as seen on the runways of Narciso Rodriguez, Lanvin, and Gucci earlier this year and reported by Harper’s Baazar!

And now that we are closely approaching Fall 2016 they are not just on the runways, many of your favorite stores have picked up on the trend and they are now on display racks and available online!
