Growing up I was always discouraged against buying things that were white because they would get dirty. This was primarily things like white jackets and white handbags, and white shoes, forget about it! But now I am an adult and I make my own rules. And I am going to set a new rule for myself that by the end of this season I need to get a pair of white boots because they are all the rage and I think, quite attractive!
When I first saw white boots taking a prominent place in store windows this season my gut reaction was that white is for warm weather but them I remember this post from a few years back on White Jeans in Winter and decided to rethink my opinion on that one. As you can see from most of these looks white boots are d they are not a Summer thing, I actually love a statement white boot in Winter! I feel like I should be on a dance floor with fringe pants and a tie-dye shirt whenever I see white boots. I think it’s showing my age. Love that the trend is coming back.

White boots work well for winter as long as there no rain or snow. I would pair white boots with either blue or black pants with a white jacket. Out of all of the white boots displayed here I would go with chunky heel boots.
