Summer Trend Strappy Block Heeled Sandals

Hi Friday, nice to see you again! I can not believe in only one week it will be July and oh, hello summer!  Tuesday afternoon officially crossed the mark from Spring to Summer although with the weather it feels like the season switched weeks ago I’m glad the calendar finally got the memo.  Now that it is properly summer I want to talk about one of the biggest trends I have seen this season and it only makes sense that it is in line with my favorite topic, shoes!   So let’s talk about block heel sandals. 

The chunk alternative to the stiletto has been a popular option for a few years now but more and more I have been seeing sandal varieties in bright shades popping up everywhere from my morning commute to top fashion magazines.  Along with the pair featured above here are eight more options for colorful block heel sandals:

Colorblock heels are really not my style so none of these will be in my shopping cart any time soon but they are definitely trending and hopefully you get a sense with these bright options!   That said, one pair that might top me over the edge are the Zari Pumps by Raphaella Booz that were available from Anthropologie but I am so sad they are now permanently out of stock especially because for $38 they are certainly a steal!

    Love all of the selections, but primarily the ones featured on the very top. The navy blue with the studs. Can you tell me the brand and name if possible of those specific heels?

    I agree with you, normally the block heel isn’t my style, I’m more of a stiletto girl. But I have to say I have my eye on those blush pink ones!

    Now we are talking. Shoes are among my favorite topics too. I love all of these colorful block heel sandals. I wish I could have them all. My favorite one here is the Gianvito Rossi Janis Block Heel Sandals. Yes they are pricey but they are worth it. You should get at least 1 nice pair of colorful block heel sandals. Stiletto heels are my favorite but I can only handle them for 3-4 hours at a time before I have to switch to flip-flops. Block heels are 2nd and wedge sandals are my 3rd favorite.
