The Perfect Denim Jacket

Oh hello Spring?  Is that you?  It’s really okay, we can be done with the rain and gloom – let’s please skip fast forward to teh 70’s and sun forecasted for next week! There is something about Spring that just calls for a denim jacket – sure in late March and throughout April you want to tug on that leather jacket but once May comes around one of my favorite ways to accessorize a sun dress when it is just not quite warm enough is with a denim jacket.  And because everyone should frolick around New York City like my girl Chrissy: 

I have a great denim jacket that I have actually had since high school – a medium wash jean jacket with silver hardware and pink ribbon trim.  It is one of those rare pieces that has made it out alive and is still in good shape 10+ years later but  for those of you who do not have a great jacket I have rounded up nine options in every wash and at a variety of price ranges:

I now have the same problem I stumble upon every time I put together one of these collages – even though I already have a great jean jacket those super dark ones are really pretty and I could definitely be persuaded into adding another to my closet with price tag under $150… hmm… Decisions, decisions.
