Happy Friday, happy Friday! As you may have noticed on Instagram, this week has definitely been a long one but let’s end it on a high note – sequin blazers are back for the win. Last night at work we had a Thanksgiving potluck and it was a real wakeup, Thanksgiving is in less than a week and we are in full-swing holiday mode. This season I have decided I really must have a sequin blazer to compliment the party dresses I have in mind.
Most of the outfits I am planning to wear are black on black so really any option at any reasonable price would work well with my current wardrobe. I wrote a post back in February on the best way to style this piece, specifically black and gold ones, and I am still in love. I tried on a gold sequin blazer in target here and I loved it, but I was shopping with my sister and she was very unimpressed so I put it back π I think they’re awesome though!

I have one just like the Guess one. I think black may be easier to style and could be considered quite classic with a twist – and at $42 it is a STEAL! I love sequin season. π
