Blanket Scarves are Back

While I was away in Europe there were no new posts on Sparkles and Shoes for ten days, thus my SEO really kicked in and the posts that were getting the traffic were ones people were stumbling on organically.  Many did not surprise me, like the one about nude pumps or ombre hair, those have been my most popular posts since I wrote them last year, however, I was interested in the spike in searches for blanket scarves. 

Late last year I wrote a post about everyones favorite beige and red square scarf.  It seems like you could not turn a street corner or get through five Instagram photos without a blogger or a real life friend wearing one of these must have scarves. Somehow I made it through the entire frigid winter without purchasing one and as the temperature rose I was sure the trend was done.  And boy was I wrong.
