Another one bites the dust. This weekend I was able to cross number 64 off my 101 list, have a homemade picnic in Central Park. After working out Sunday morning my friend Ali and I headed to the park with an overflowing bag of food. If you had asked me what I would have packed last summer I would have named delicious, high-calorie items but this summer I packed a much healthier proverbial basket including low-calorie drinks. As part of my fitness goals I have tried very hard to not use up my daily allotment of calories on beverages but instead stick to sparkling water, tea, and coffee. These IZZE Sparkling Waters were a great way to mix it up and remain on track with my goals. (This weekend I was all about maxi dresses).
After navigating through Central Park we set up our spread in the famed Strawberry Fields. When packing for a picnic there are six must haves: delicious food, refreshing drinks, hand sanitizer, a picnic blanket, sunglasses, and a great book. After a few photos we dug right into our meal; prosciutto and provolone on fresh bread, an assorted fruit salad, and veggies with dip all paired with sparkling water.
I brought along the three flavors of IZZE Sparkling Water, a bold sparkling water with true-to-the-fruit flavors: Mandarin Lime, Blackberry Pear, and Raspberry Watermelon in my basket. These low-calorie drinks come in adorable glass bottles and are USDA Organic Certified – made with organic natural flavors and organic cane sugar – and the best part? They only have 10 calories per 12-oz serving.
After the picnic we wandered through more of Central Park to the Upper West Side and stopped by a few shops and a flea market before heading back to the Upper East Side where we both live.

I’ll have to try these! Usually carbonated beverages upset my stomach, but these look really great. I wonder if they would be good frozen into ice cubes or popsicles?

I love, love, love Izze and I’m glad I stumbled onto your site today! I remember first trying Izze at Border’s (when that was a thing)! I’ll definitely have to get one of these. I was just discussing Strawberry Fields with my family the other day. Looks like a perfect day.
