Aimee Songs’s blog Song of Style was one of the first I started following post knee-surgery last summer. The Los Angeles based Interior Designer said “My first thought was to start an interior design blog, but when I posted one of my outfits as an experiment, and got a much better reaction, it instantly became a personal style blog,” in an interview with Coveteur. I am so glad she made the switch because I swoon over her outfits every time a new one hits my Bloglovin feed and envy how she mixes high and low pieces with such ease!
Plus she is so nice in real life! I got to meet her in the NYC Soho Piperlime store when I went to a shopping event their in June. This Best Friends and Fashion night event was sponsored by PopSugar – it was my first visit to the store and it surely did not disappoint. Aimee even told me she liked my Calvin Klein dress!
