It should come as no surprise to hear that I love makeup and when you have the time it is so much fun to play with! To be completely honest this look took a while to do but I love trying new things with makeup – most of which I purchased and some of which were gifts or freebees making up 40 / 60 split of drugstore and high end beauty end finds. On Saturday night I went out for a friend’s birthday and I knew about it days ahead of time and actually planned two hours to blast the music and get ready.
It is true, 17 different products went into this ombre eyeshadow look and I am not going to add up the total value of the products because it is staggering but let’s just say at the end of it I felt quite pretty. I realized after the fact I could have used a bit more blush (see Mom) but before I changed into my outfit I snapped a few looks of the completed hair and makeup before heading out to enjoy rosé and a very patriotic cocktail.
In order, the products I used:
Primer | Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer

Five hours after the first makeup selfie it was time for another Snapchat selfie while I waited for the rest of the girls to pass the bouncer at my favorite bar and sometimes I just can’t avoid the alluring blur of the butterfly Snapchat filter. I mean seriously, SO pretty! Why can’t that be real life? And to cap it off a shameless selfie because I had a truly great outfit even though my curls had started to fall.
