My 2025 Birthday Wishlist

Growing up I would joke with my family that since my birthday was September 27th that I got the whole month to celebrate.  This downgraded to the week in my 20’s then after Lily was born to the day, and now this year?  The afternoon and evening.  And do you know what?  The is perfectly fine with me.  I want to spend time with the people that matter the most to me and with each year that goes by I truly do believe that experiences matter more than things.

That is a strange interlude to a post about the gifts I want from my birthday, no?  (I actually laughed when typing that).  Looking back over the birthday wishlists I have shared on Sparkles & Shoes the items have changed. Did I ever used to wish for a foldable bike helmet?  Nope.  What about shampoo?  No as well.
