May 2025 Update | We learned late last year that Uppababy was planning on an update when we could not find the V2 rumble seat anywhere. Now with the release of the UPPAbaby Vista V3, the stroller is nearly identical to the V2, with only minor design tweaks. If you already own the V2, there’s no need to upgrade—the core functionality and all accessories remain the same.

Welcome to the first post in my new series, Baby Favorites, where I highlight specific products or items we truly love. I can already tell you that our beloved Sophie will be one of the first few posts, but today we’re starting with one of our biggest-ticket baby items: the UPPAbaby Vista.
I’ve also created a new category on the blog called Mom Mode , where you can find all things pregnancy and parenthood related in one place.
The Stroller
After months of research we chose the UPPAbaby Vista Pushchair in Noa and when we got it was the V2. Now they’re already onto the V3, which is nearly identical. In the two years we’ve had it, we’ve completely drunk the Kool-Aid. We had Lily in the bassinet until nearly five months, then switched to the rumble seat.
What makes it so great:
- Bassinet to Rumble Seat — The included bassinet felt both luxe and practical for those newborn days. The transition to the rumble seat was seamless when Lily was ready.
- Smooth Ride — Even with a growing toddler and loaded up with groceries, it glides like a dream over bumpy New York City sidewalks.
- Huge Basket — Big enough for errands, travel days, and toddler gear and a weight capacity of 50 lbs (one of the main reasons we chose it over the Cruz)!
- Family-Friendly — Designed to grow with multiple kids by adding a second seat or ride-along board., both of which are on my baby registry list!
Attachments & Accessories We Love
- Basket Cover | A vanity purchase, yes, but one of my favorites. Keeps everything neat and tucked away.
- Car Seat Adapters | A must-have if you plan to clip your infant car seat directly into the stroller.
- Foot Muff, Rumble Seat | The CozyGanoosh Footmuff is a lifesaver for winter strolls—warm, snug, and matches your stroller.
- Gloves | For parents, the Cozy Handmuffs make cold morning walks so much better.
- Liner, Rumble Seat | Machine-washable, unlike the stroller seat itself. This one gets so much use.
- Mattress Cover, Bassinet | You’ll want a spare for those newborn blowout days.
- Newborn Insert | Perfect for those early months, keeping your baby snug and supported.
- Organizer | My most-used accessory! Holds keys, phone, and coffee, doubling as a cup holder.
- Travel Bag | If you ever fly with your stroller, the UPPAbaby Travel Bag protects your stroller with padded, luggage-grade material and unlocks the TravelSafe Program—covering airline damage with an extended warranty. For frequent flyers like us the peace of mind and guaranteed replacement make it well worth the price.
What We Didn’t Love (or would skip)
We hated the UPPAbaby Cup Holder — it didn’t fit most bottles, and coffee always spilled. Total fail. We also registered for and got the UPPAbaby VISTA Bassinet Stand, which was nice but barely used, definitely not worth the price.

Lastly the origianl post had the Uppababy Snack Tray in the skip section as at 16 months it had not been very helpful but now with a two year old it has moved to the we love section!
