Over the past few months there has been one post that has been requested more than any other – an overview of my workout and diet plan. I have started a few drafts but nothing I am happy enough with to push publish on so while Kelly’s workout plan is in the works I’ve aggregated some fitness gift ideas. Similar to this season’s earlier gift guides I have arranged the items into a number of categories but across these three I own or use most of them! This is not just in the girls section either, I have a pair of Nanos, own, that blender, and used the blue wet bag from the outdoors section on our Bahamas mini moon.
While I try and keep the price below $100 for items on my gift guides this was a bit more difficult in this round up as prices are usually higher for fitness equipment often is, especially for quality. Take a look at my fitness gift guide picks and also wellness options which are great for home workouts and my personal fitness mantra of late – tone not bulk.

Hmmm camping. Thinking I should get this for my husband, maybe he will get the hint and take our son on a camping trip.
Even if it is just in the back yard it could be a hoot.

I am traveling so much now that COVID is slowing down that I am missing a lot of my regular exercise.
Think that those bands might be a great thing to throw in my suitcase and do some mini resistanceM work while on the road.
Sound like a plan?

I use my thera gun all the time. Great gift for someone who works out all the time and gets knots and sore spots. Really works them out well.

My father always carried his Leatherman Steel Rebar Multitool wherever he went. Brings back such fond memories.
I think it would be a great tool to have in my car and it might be my go to gift for everyone this year.
Thanks for the tip and the memories.

My jump rope just broke so this is Devine intervention.
This one will at least put a smile on my face as I endeavor to do my cardio.
Cute selections.
