Currently Trending: Tunic Tops

09/16/20 | Fashion and Style, Lilly Pulitzer, Michael Kors, Trending, Tunic Tops

I am so glad you are all liking my recent fashion posts on the hottest Fall trends!  I have a great time putting together the collages and even without attending the live runway shows this time of year am excited to bring you this latest one on tunic tops!  I love tunics for all different seasons – from the beach to an evening out – and they are charecterized by their t-shape and unfitted style.  To really show the versatility let’s take a short walk down memory lane I will share two of my favorites from last year:

Twirling in the L*Space Sina Tunic Beach Coverup
HM x Richard Allen Shirt Dress and Christian Louboutin Pillage Plato Pumps in Black

As mentioned, both of these cute options are from past seasons and while I tried to link them for you, no such luck!  But what is even better?   I went searching and rounded up some of the latest styles from this season including some pretty patterned tunic tops from an amazing brand I recently came across, rockflowerpaper.  I love that they have so many options – from solids to prints and tunics nearly every hue of the rainbow – made of a variety of fabrics that are nearly all machine washable, music to my ears!  Take a look my favorite tunic tops for Fall:

To shop the beautiful tunics from the collage above and even more of my top picks from Michael Kors, Lilly Pulitzer, rockflowerpaper, Nordstrom Collection, Tory Burch, and more!  Simply click on the relevant top below or scroll until you find one you like, there are more than a dozen to choose from!

If you want to check out different ways I have styled them over the years in Fashion Fridays you can find my collection of tunic tops here. And to cap it off, I wanted to share quite an old photo but one my mom likes so much that she has it printed and framed next to her desk .  This is from one of my very first blogging photo shoots and sometimes it is even crazy for me to think, but yes, this was from a Sparkles & Shoes shoot 7 years ago, Tunic Blues and Straw Shoes, to be exact.   I am wearing the Casa Embroidered Kurta by Roberta Roller Rabbit which I still vividly remember purchasing from C. Wonder on Fifth Avenue, goodness I loved that store!  Take a look:

What do you think of tunic tops? And which of the ones above would you wear?

Great Finds Kelly. My favorite is the white tunic which looks more like a summer beach cover up.

The options you featured are so cute – I have a few tunic tops that I pair with white jeans – a great option for late Summer and early Autumn,

I really like your beach one in the first set of photos. My favorite going out one is the first blue geometric print which I also would pair with a pair of my favorite white jeans and some great wedges that I have. A little late for my straw purse but perfect for next summer. Thanks.

Great finds, as always, Kelly. I particularly like the blue ones Rockflowerpaper, I have not heard of the brand before but will be placing an order shortly. Thank you!

It is always such a treat to open your blog and wonder where you are going to take me. Some fun new fashion, a place to visit, jewelry, gift ideas. Just love it.
