Happy Friday and happy first Fashion Friday of April! When I shot this look a month ago I had plans to recreate it a few days later but London hit a cold spell and then soon after my company moved to work from home. Thus, this outfit has been sitting on the hanger just begging for it’s maiden voyage in the England. But alas, we will have to wait until social distancing is over and I can give it a spin to the office or perhaps to a date night.
You may have noticed I have worn my dozens of times over the last year and featured them in a number of posts so when I saw this on Shopbop I immediately added it to the cart. I am a bit jealous because it is currently 30% off, lucky you guys! I think you will see in the photos below that it is definitely a sleek and figure-hugging style and as it is a pull-on it creates very smooth lines. I paired it with this in a pretty lavender hue which I am wearing with the optional biege slip underneath, though you could style it without! Take a look at how I styled this purple top:

Looking through these pictures the next time I might switch out the nude heels for a pair of black ones for an evening look to make it a bit more cohesive but I really like them both.

What a pretty lace top. Perfect for spring. I love the skirt and heels too. This is an idea for date night once the world opens up again. Today I am out seeing how empty NYC is because I had to go to work. Working from home is awesome but at some point I had to get out. Stay safe.

Buttons on the sleeve are really nice. Those earnings rock, I enlarged the photo so that I could get a better look and I have never seen anything like those before.

That level of attention to detail really impresses me in clothes and I particularly look for that level of styling when buying new pieces now. Interesting color too. A real winner.

Oh what a pretty top. I can already think of three things I can pair this with. My tight white black jeans, I have a lavender pencil skirt that’s a deep lavender, white flair evening dress pants with high white wedges or heels would look stunning I bet too.
