A few weeks ago Chrissy Tiegen joked on Twitter that the SAG Awards was everyone’s chance to wear their third favorite dress (the first two going to the Oscars and then the Golden Globes) and she was not wrong. Now that we are into the second week of February all of the key award shows have happened and I wanted to round up my best dressed from the shows.
To be fair I chose my top five from each of the following shows, with no repeat wearers. Which sounded easy when I started but Scarlett Johansson absolutely killed the red carpets this year! Without further ado, the Best Dressed This Awards Season from The Golden Globes on January 5th, The SAG Awards on January 20th and The Academy Awards on February 10th.

So many gorgeous red carpet dresses but if I had to choose one I would stray from my typical preference for Black and likely choose Brie’s blush champagne gown, I think it is absolutely stunning!
Who was this season’s awards best dressed?
Lauren says
I felt Jen’s dress at the golden globes was so blah. She always wears a black dress with the same hair. Give me something different! Give me an updo!
Loved brie’s look.

At first glance I really didn’t like Rooney Mara in her Alexander McQueen dress but the more I looked at it the more I appreciated all the detail. I really like the trim and I saw a photo of the dress from the back and the trim really popped there too.
The cut outs are different too and the whole look while severe also has a nice dose of femininity to it. Fits her personality to the tee so all in all, it is my top pick.

Jennifer Aniston always pulls off such a polished look. Stunning, sexy and all american at the same time.
She gets my vote by far.
Nice selection Kelly.
