I wore this look for a Daddy Daughter Date Day which we had not had in years. I have done a full recap about our dinner at Chiltern Fire House but the tl;dr (too long; didn’t read) was it was delicious and I want to go back! But unlike Daddy Daughter dates in the past my wonderful father indulged my love of photos and shot these images outside the restaurant / hotel after we enjoyed our meal.
You have seen this dress before here but styled quite differently and since I got it a year ago it has become an office staple. Usually I like to take outfit pictures before I eat but as I was coming straight from the office, this was an exception and thank goodness Summer evenings in London stay light for so long because these 9pm shots still came out quite bright and airy! (And I am not happy that daylight savings is this weekend and that we are already at 5:45pm sunsets this early in the year, but oh well).
