Florals for Spring

Happy Friday and welcome to the end of a short week, at least here in the UK!   Monday was a bank holiday but with my crazy trip to the Bahamas (48 hours on the island and 48 hours of travel to and from) I really needed the day to catch up on sleep and laundry – super glamorous, I know.  That said the rest of the week has been a bit of a blur including a lovely but very short visit by my parents and Nana on Wednesday.  But now on the to the weekend and a few fun brunch and dinner plans.

But more importantly,  let’s talk about this Fashion Friday look!   I love this dress and I love that it is now warm enough in London to wear it even more.  This is another great purchase from the last Shopbop sale – the dress is exclusive to them – and continues my infatuation with bell sleeves!  What makes this dress different than others I have with a similar style is the sheer ladder-stitch detailing at cuffs which add such a ladylike feminine detail.  I nearly wore it to work today but a high of 62 did not seem quite warm enough but hopefully soon!
