One of the biggest questions I’ve received since moving to London besides, “do you have somewhere to live” are queries about what I brought with me. Well for those asking, you are in luck! I gave a sneak peak on Instagram on Monday night but I wanted to make sure I followed up and shared! First up, the products I brought when I am washing up at night, in order:
1 | Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes: I started using these in high school and have purchased them religiously for more than the last decade (I also mentioned them here). In fact, I love them so much I buy them from Costco in bulk and I am so thrilled I found a Costco only 7 miles from my new flat so I can keep my obsession alive once I run out!
2 | Neutrogena Hydro Boost® Water Gel Cleanser: I only found out about this product last year (I featured it in My Summer Skincare Routine) and still love to use it after the towelette to really make sure I have removed all of makeup. Unlike many other face washes I have used in the past this one is very gentle but also very effective and I like that it does not foam too much.
3 | Clean and Clear Essentials Deep Cleaning Toner For Sensitive Skin: I have tried a number of toners and mostly find them too drying but this astringent made for sensitive skin uses Salicylic acid acne medicine to not only target blemishes but to prevent them without leaving my skin too dry – definitely a great drug store buy!
4 | Pixi Beauty Glow Tonic: This product is incredible and I have found it is gentle enough to use this twice a day -the 5% glycolic acid is quite mild! I use the glow tonic by putting a small amount on a cotton pad on my face and neck and a big thank you to Pixi Beauty who customized this bottle for me!
5 | Jan Marini Age Intervention Duality: This is the most expensive product on my list but definitely super effective! You may recall my interview a few months ago with the amazing Jan Marini and I have been loving this combo powerful anti-aging acne treatment, especially that it has been really helping with discoloration.
And just because, a close of up of the adorable Pixi bottle!
What does your nightime routine look like?

I love this. I am going to try them all. I love getting great advice on skim products.

I have problems with discoloration too and glad to hear that it is working for you so I will have to order some. I know that it takes time for products to show their effects. Thanks again!

I will have to try the pixie skintreats product. I have used acid type products before but some are too harsh for my skin. Your skin always looks so great in your photos. Thanks for the recommendation.
