Chic Cashmere Texting Gloves

Okay, okay, I’ll admit it – it is finally cold here in NYC!  My parents are in town for a brief visit and walking to dinner last night both of them pulled out gloves, hell December!  Ever since was little I have never been a big mitten fan and especially when you are texting, you really just need gloves and they are so much more practical!

Recently I got two pairs from Shopbop and they are actually the same brand and style – Carolina Amato Texting Gloves – in black and gray.  They are the perfect combination of wool and cashmere (70/30 split) to keep your hands warm but also soft and comfortable! I also particularly like that the fingertip touch points are still made of the same fabric, just reinforced, instead of a completely different material.  Take a closer look:

In case these gloves do not float your boat I have rounded up many other pairs for you to choose from, and I tried to keep all of them under $100 and was successful except for one pair! There are many, many black options on the market but I tried to pick some fun and colorful options that will all work well with the black coat that is norm / staple of winter.  Take a look at these half a dozen options:

And I am not a fan of gloves that don’t cover your fingers all the time but if you are a fan of the mittens to fingerless glove combo than these J.Crew Glitten in Everyday Cashmere gloves for $58 might be fore you. Oh, and these would DEFINITELY not work for me because the cream color would get WAY too dirty way to fast but these Ralph Lauren Cashmere Touch Screen Gloves are beautiful and remind me of something Cameron Diaz’s character would wear in The Holiday.
