Red and Black in Brooklyn

Happy, happy Friday!  Fashion Friday is my favorite series on the blog, Friday is my favorite day of the week, and this Friday is better than most because it is the start of not only a long weekend but also the start of vacation for me.   But back to the fashion – call it lazy or call it genius, but I love wearing clothes that feel like pajamas.  I have one maxi dress that is incredibly soft and every time I put it on I feel like I’m actually in bed and it is amazing to be able to wear it in public. Since then I have been searching for another piece like it and recently found one, on accident, at the latest Shopbop sale with this Kendall + Kylie Red and Black Dress. 

I checked the tag after I put it on and I think the jersey material being 50% cotton and 50% modal gives it the sleepwear amazing comfort.  I am not the hugest fan of the shape of this t-shirt dress though so I decided to pair it with black high heels and a few pieces of gold based statement jewelry to dress up the look and am happy with how these photos I recently shot in Brooklyn came out!

And now the most exciting news, I am off on a jet plane! After a full day at the office I will be heading to the airport for an overnight flight to Denmark and the start of my Scandinavia adventures!
