Welcome back to another Fashion Friday and this time, at the start of fashion week! You may have seen on social media yesterday We got a ton of snow here in NYC and then I headed to my first show and party of the season. But let’s take it back a lot further than yesterday – when I was in high school I had one white and cream Free People skirt that I wore all the time. I can’t remember when or where I got it but all Summer and on the weekend when I didn’t have to wear my uniform I wore this skirt from the end of middle school through at least the middle of high school. I have no idea what happened to it but I have a funny feeling the “laundry fairy” may have made it disappear once it could not be returned to white anymore. Still, this skirt was one of my favorites and I have no idea why I did not have another Free People item in my closet until this season but I am glad I rectified the problem!
I picked up this Free People Cosmo Cowl Long Sleeve Top on a whim over Christmas in one of my massive Shopbop orders and am so glad I added it to the cart as it is incredibly soft and just formal enough for me to wear to work. Recently I dug out it these blue pants (I got them at the same time as these oxblood ones) and paired them with tbis new cowl neck top that I love the versatility of – turtleneck or off the shoulder, your choice!

You can also take the top and adjust it upwards to so it drapes like more of a cowl neck than an off the shoulder one, making it a great day to night option!
Do you own any off the shoulder tops?

Sad to say that I currently don’t own any cold shoulder tops. The last one I got ripped. I could use a couple for spring/summer. I like your outfit. It looks nice on you. On a side note How was fashion week despite the snow. Hope you had fun despite the weather. I hope to attend one if my mini flu goes away. How long till next Tuesday I believe??

Love the versitility of this top. I would never know that the two looks in your post were the same top.
