A Fresh Take on Red, White, and Blue

Do you ever see a something on a model, think it is adorable and then get bummed out when it does not look like the picture in real life?  That is exactly what happened to me when I took this dress out of the box from my latest Shopbop order. I loved how this findersKEEPERS Better Together Dress looked on the model but in the packaging? Not so much.  My mom was with me when I was unboxing the haul and urged me to try it on anyway and I am glad she did. 

I really like the multicolor check print on this red, white, and blue dress especially with the asymmetrical panels – so flattering! However, while the pattern was adorable and the fit was good it ended up going back because the ponte jersey fabric was made mostly of viscose and polyester along with the odd (read: too low cut) sleeveless cutout.  But that doesn’t mean we couldn’t snap few outfit photos before it was time to send it back or that this dress might not look great on you – this findersKEEPERS Dress is now 60% off! One thing I did keep though were these amazing nude heels which you will be seeing a lot more of in the near future!
