Hola from Barcelona!

Hello lovely Sparkles and Shoes readers, I’m still alive and checking in from the gorgeous Barcelona. I promised updates from abroad and I had a hard time picking my favorite photos to share with you from my first few days in Spain. If you have been following along on Instagram you may have seen a few of these but take this as your chance to see them on a large computer screen and view a few new ones.

My mom and I have had the most amazing time in Barcelona and the weather has been glorious, with temperatures between 68 and 72 degrees, exactly what you want when you are walking 10+ miles per day. We arrived Saturday at noon and since then it has been a whirlwind experience – like my trips Budapest, Vienna, and Prague I will be doing daily recaps once I’m back but in the meantime here are some of my favorite photos from our excursions thus far:

By the time you are reading this we will have visited the Gaudí Museum and Park Güell on our last day in this magical city and be on a flight to Madrid to see all the capital has in store.
