¡Adios Amigos!

Remember this epic trip to Spain I wrote about two months ago? Well it is finally here! Tonight I am off to España where I will be visiting Barcelona with a day trip to Montserrat and then journeying to Madrid with an afternoon planned in Toledo! I have never been to Spain and am thrilled with my action packed itinerary of museums, castles, churches, walking tours, and restaurants. There is so much to see and never enough time but I am thrilled with all of the things I will be able to fit in during the nine days. I’ve got my passport packed, my camera charged, and some Euros to get me started.

So yes, I am leaving on a jet plane this evening and in 24 hours I will be in Barcelona, eek! I have my DSLR packed along with clothes for every possible weather combination and along with my passport, printed confirmations of every tour, and some spending cash. You may also notice Queen Elizabeth in the photo above – that is because after Spain I am heading to London, England for a week for work. That means more than two weeks in Europe, eek, so exciting!
