Maxi Dress with J Crew Crystal Venus Flytrap Necklace and 360 Pearls

In the summer I live in maxi dresses.  They are soft, flowy, comfortable, and the closet thing to pajamas that are work appropriate.  I have a handful I wear to the office with cardigans but this blue ikat print maxi is one of my favorite weekend pieces.  I could cover up with a cardigan but I like to have the option to take it off if it gets warm and these spaghetti straps and low back make it a bit too risquΓ© for the office.  

You will find me wearing this maxi dress to brunch with friends, over a swim suit when I am heading to the beach or for a casual picnic in Central Park, it is just that versatile! This is one way to wear it:
