For the Love of Leopard

As the weather gets cold one of my favorite things to turn to is leopard. One of my style icons Courtney Kerr posted yesterday about leopard being a neutral.  She quoted the now very famous saying by the J. Crew creative director Jenna Lyons, “because as far as I’m concerned, leopard is a neutral.”  At first I did not agree, but now, we are definitely on the same page.  I love accessorizing with leopard because it goes with everything.  This leopard cardigan is one of my cold weather staples but I paired it with these fun pony hair and patent toe cap pumps for dinner. 

I do not like being pigeon holed as a fashion blogger and while I post about far more than simply what I am wearing, I do enjoy a good outfit photo shoot.  The problem is, I do not have a live in boyfriend/husband or bff photographer, so finding someone to take outfit photos is always a bit challenging.  However, a few days ago my parents were in town and were my mom snapped these photos before we headed to dinner! Granted it was twilight and not the best time for photos, but I am glad we were able to get a few good ones in! 

I wish my mom was around all the time to take outfit photos.  For instance, we were already running late to the restaurant and we passed this beautiful wooden door.  She insisted we stop and I started posing like crazy to make sure we got a few more great outfit photos in. Thanks, Mom!
