This is a very common question asked in blog land – what is in your bag? Some people use it as a post idea when they have nothing to write about – no, that is certainly not what this is. But if you do need ideas for posts make sure you check out this tool for blog ideas.The idea for this post came from my commute yesterday; I took the subway home, stopped by the grocery store and wanted nothing more then to make it up the stairs so I could put everything down and watch House of Cards. Then, when I saw the FedEx notice on the apartment door I had to put everything down and fish for a pen. To my surprise it was the FIRST thing I grabbed, and, I grabbed two of them. So much for never having one on me – I guess my mom is finally rubbing off on me! When I finally signed and made up the four flights of stairs I began wondering what else was in my bag. Well, now you all get to find out!
A random assortment of things, but some of my favorites including the two pens that inspired this post. I honestly do not know what I would do without Aquaphor and my key chain makes me smile every time I see it. And Allie, I am pretty sure you do not read this blog, but thank you so much for introducing me to no-damage hair ties as they are truly a life saver.
My sunglasses are from who knows where, I will never be one of those girls with designer shades, they scratch much too easily. More business cards, surprise, surprise, and just the normal contents of my wallet – my NY license, New York Public Library card and Konditori coffee shop make them uniquely NYC. Oh, and I hit Sephora Rouge last month, I am very proud!
