Lately I have been over the moon about chevron. It has appeared on a number of new tops I have purchased and it creates a great geometric pattern over a few of my devices and now I think I am ready to take my love to the next level – interior decorating. Chevron is the inverted V-shaped pattern popping up all over the home décor world. I been pulling together inspiration and these are my favorites thus far:
However, I am still hesitant about making a large investment piece, such a couch, or taking the bold step of a creating a statement wall in my apartment, thus, I have decided to start with small pieces of home decor:
These are my favorite picks, a collection of stylish chevron pattern design elements. I love knowing that Chevron may be all the rage these days, but that doesn’t mean it’s new. In fact, the chevron pattern appeared on pottery and rock carvings as early as 1800 BC in Crete and Greece. I think any of these would be a great statement piece for my home.
