If you do not know by now my two favorite things when I am shopping are if things are (1) on sale or (2) FREE. In my opinion anything that is free is absolutely fantastic and that is how I view sweepstakes that you do not have to pay to enter, like the Allure and Lucky giveaways I featured in August.
This month HGTV, one of my favorite channels, is giving away what they call an Urban Oasis – a two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury condo on the 20th Floor in the Paramount district of Miami. Hello?
